Only verified business customers can update credit card information on Downstream Marketplace. Ensure your email is verified before proceeding.
How to Update Your Credit Card Information
You can update your credit card details directly through the mobile app or desktop platform by following these steps:
Mobile App
From Your Profile:
1. Go to Profile > Invoicing and Payments > Payment Methods.
2. Tap Edit next to your current card information.
3. Enter your new credit card details and tap Save.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your information is updated.
During Checkout:
1. Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
2. On the Payment Method screen, tap Add New Card.
3. Enter your new card details and select Save for Future Purchases.
4. Tap Continue to complete your order.
Desktop App
From Company Settings:
1. Go to Company Settings > Billing Information > Payment Methods.
2. Click Edit next to your existing card.
3. Enter your new credit card details and click Save Changes.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your information is updated.
During Checkout:
1. Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
2. On the Payment Method screen, click Add New Card.
3. Enter your new card details and check the box to Save for Future Use.
4. Click Continue to complete your order.
