How Do I Update My User Account Information?

Only verified users can update account information on Downstream Marketplace. Make sure your email is verified before making any changes.

How to Update Your User Account Information

You can update your account details directly through the mobile app or desktop platform by following these steps:

Mobile App

From Your Profile:

1. Go to Profile > Account Settings > Personal Information.

2. Tap Edit next to the information you want to update.

• You can update your name, email, phone number, and password.

3. After making changes, tap Save.

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email if you update your email address.

During Checkout:

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

2. Tap Edit next to your contact information.

3. Make the necessary changes and select Save.

Desktop App

From Company Settings:

1. Go to Company Settings > User Profile > Account Information.

2. Click Edit next to the details you want to change.

• You can update your name, email, phone number, and password.

3. Click Save Changes once you’re done.

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email if you update your email address.

During Checkout:

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

2. Click Edit next to your contact details.

3. Make the necessary updates and click Save.

What Happens Next?

• Your updated information will be saved to your account immediately.

• If you changed your email address, you’ll need to verify it through the confirmation email sent to you.
