Managing your booking lead time is essential to ensure you have enough time to prepare and fulfill customer requests. Follow these steps to update the lead time for your products:

1. Sign In to Your Supplier Portal

  • Start by logging into your supplier portal with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the "Storefronts" Page

  • Once logged in, find and click on the "Storefronts" page from the main menu.

3. Select the Location

  • Choose the specific location you want to update the lead time for.

4. Select the Products You Want to Update the Lead Time For

  • Click on the listings you need to manage and update their lead times.

5. Update the Lead Time

  • Under the delivery section, locate the "lead time" field.

  • Enter the desired lead time. This is the soonest a customer can send booking requests.

6. Save Your Changes

  • Make sure to save the changes you have made to apply the new lead time settings.

Understanding Lead Time:

  • The lead time is the minimum amount of time required before a customer can book a service.

  • For instance, if your lead time is set to 48 hours, customers will not be able to request bookings for the next day but can request bookings for any time after 48 hours from the current time.

By setting an appropriate lead time, you can ensure you have sufficient time to prepare for each booking, providing better service and managing your schedule effectively.
