Processing Time
Lien release requests are typically processed within 48 hours from the time we receive them.
If your request requires notarization, a $30 processing fee will apply.
Types of Lien Releases
Conditional Lien Release: Issued when payment has been made but has not yet cleared. This is typically required before receiving full payment.
Unconditional Lien Release: Issued once payment has been fully received and confirmed. This serves as a final release of lien rights.
