How to Reset a User Password in Downstream Portal
1. Navigate to https://portal.trydownstream.com/customer/
2. Click "Users"
3. Click the "Filter by name or email" field.
4. Search for the User
5. Click on the User to enter the record
6. Click "Reset Password"
7. Click "Send"
